Empowering Our White Label Partners: The New Pricing Sheet for Easy Cost Management
At OITVOIP, we’re always looking for ways to support our White Label Partners (WLPs) in streamlining their operations and maximizing profitability. One of the most common requests we’ve received from our partners was for a comprehensive pricing sheet—a resource that helps them better price out services and hardware for their clients.
We listened, and we’re excited to introduce the White Label Partner Pricing Sheet! Our partners operate in a fast-paced industry, and having a clear reference for pricing is crucial for efficient quoting and billing. The new pricing sheet allows WLPs to:
- Easily upload pricing into their billing platforms
- Compare service and hardware costs to make informed decisions
- Ensure competitive pricing without the guesswork
- Save time by eliminating the need to manually research or update prices
When we shared the new pricing sheet with our partners in our Discord community, the response was overwhelmingly positive. They appreciated the transparency and ease of use, and will help save time! The engagement around this release proves the value of having a strong partner community where ideas and resources can be shared to benefit everyone.
This pricing sheet is just another step in our ongoing commitment to supporting our Partners. We’ll continue refining it based on your feedback, so don’t hesitate to reach out with suggestions!

We take pride in celebrating our team’s successes, and this month, we’re excited to highlight Chris Reeves, one of our Support Technicians, for receiving the Departmental Excellence Award. Over the past year, Chris has shown exceptional growth, consistently providing support that has earned him high CSAT scores from partners, praising his excellent communication and problem-solving skills. His expanding expertise in the platform has also proven invaluable in offering leadership to junior team members. Chris’ commitment to delivering quality support to our partners and guiding his peers has made a notable impact on OIT, and is truly worth celebrating. Congrats, Chris!
We’re also very excited to announce several new recent additions to the OIT family!
Alisa Martin joins us as Finance Manager, bringing her expertise to drive financial strategy and guide the Finance team. Blaine Yeager steps in as Director of Products, leading platform development and innovation. Finally, Corinne Elyse Dela Cruz and Cyndi Amerman join as SDRs, ready to help drive OIT’s growth and connect with new opportunities.
