New OIT Datacenters Hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
We’re excited to announce that OIT is rolling out new datacenters on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. With this launch, we’ve introduced major upgrades that boost reliability, performance, and monitoring—all with zero downtime during migration.
Migration Timeline
- Aug 25, 2025: Pre-migration window opens for early access
- Sep 8, 2025: Proactive support begins
- Sep 15, 2025: Firewall/IP whitelist updates due
- Sep 15, 2025: GRR servers migrate to IAD
- Sep 17, 2025: LAS servers migrate to PHX
- No downtime expected—most devices migrate automatically
- Manual device updates may be required for legacy or manually registered devices
Customers with firewalls whitelisting IPs or using legacy devices without SRV/hostname support must complete updates before the cutoff to avoid interruptions. For instructions on how to manually update, visit the documentation for your legacy device here: https://voipdocs.io/en_US/provisioning.
Additional resources, provisioning guides, and the full IP/feature list are available in our Partner Portal, and our team is standing by at [email protected] to ensure every migration goes smoothly.

No Fluff, Just Facts: What We Brought (and Learned) at ChannelCon 2025
ChannelCon 2025 is in the books, and let’s just say: it delivered! OITVOIP hit the ground running in Nashville, kicking things off at the GTIA Community Pre-Day where our CEO, Ray Orsini, joined a standout panel on “Human-Centric IT.” The conversation dug into how empathy, transparency, and human-first thinking can (and should) shape how MSPs deliver service in today’s tech landscape — a message that resonated across the board.
From there, it was all hands on deck at Booth #520. What stood out? The demand for tools that actually work, a clear appetite for collaboration, and a community that’s done with outdated vendor games.
Missed the action? We’ve got you covered. Our ChannelCon 2025 Recap Video is live!

Man on the Street – Episode 2
In episode 2 of Man on the Street, recorded live at MSPGC25, one theme stood out loud and clear: this event isn’t about sales pitches — it’s about people. Attendees shared that what keeps them coming back year after year: a focus on community and education, with vendors and MSPs alike showing up to share knowledge and support one another. As one organizer put it, “I do this because I want to see everyone get better — that whole rising tide concept”.
Whether it’s a first-time conference-goer or a third-year volunteer, the energy is the same: MSPGC thrives because of the people who show up to lift each other up. Catch the full episode on our YouTube channel to see the conversations and community spirit in action.
MSPs: Is your “fast” actually slowing you down?
There’s a saying from military training: “Slow is smooth, smooth is fast.” For MSPs, especially in VoIP deployments and support, this mindset can mean the difference between chaos and consistency. The best results come from building smoother systems—like stronger documentation, smarter onboarding, and clearer processes—that reduce rework and build client trust.
