New OIT Datacenters: Migration Complete
Over the next few days, most devices will finish switching automatically, and starting Monday, September 22, we’ll share reports with partners for any that still need attention.
To avoid service interruptions, we’ll also be updating the DNS for sbc-grr.ucaasnetwork.com and sbc-las.ucaasnetwork.com to point to the new servers before shutting down the old ones, ensuring even stubborn devices can transition smoothly.
The goal: a smooth transition now, and a stronger foundation going forward.

Man on the Street – Episode 3
This month, Peyton (OIT’s Sales Manager) sat down with Harry Torres, L3 System Engineer at East Coast Network Services, during MSPGeekCon for our latest MOTS feature.
His biggest takeaway? Growth through networking—and pushing past personal limits. For the first time, Harry spoke on a panel about neurodivergence, nerves and all, and walked away with a win.
That’s exactly what MOTS is about: real conversations, real moments, and stories that remind us why this community matters.
From Partner to Powerhouse: Knowing When to Go White Label
Most MSPs don’t grow in a straight line—and your partnership shouldn’t box you into one either. That’s why OIT created the industry’s only true migration path: a way to scale from Channel Partner to White Label Partner without starting over, losing clients, or facing penalties. And here’s the kicker—when you migrate, your clients stay yours. We’re Channel First, which means we never compete with our partners. Your clients are your clients. Always.
Here’s the sweet spot:
- Channel Partner Program (0–50 seats): Build your foundation while we handle onboarding, compliance, and support so you can focus on sales and relationships.
- The Migration Sweet Spot (~50 seats): Once you’ve proven traction, it’s time to level up—this is where most partners make the switch.
- White Label Program (50+ seats): Keep 70–80% of profit, control your pricing, and take full ownership of client relationships—with OIT’s training and support behind you.
You keep your clients, grow at your own pace, and follow a roadmap that scales with you—whether you’re at 10 seats or 500.
Because when you grow, we grow.
Vansel Farms: Our Fastest Onboarding Yet
From sign-up to fully active in under an hour—Vansel Farms now holds the record for OIT’s fastest onboarding to date.
How’d it happen? The right process, the right people, and a partner who was ready to hit the ground running. Smooth onboarding isn’t just about speed; it’s about removing friction so MSPs (and their clients) can start communicating without delay.
Here’s to growing partnerships as fast and strong as the farms they power. Welcome aboard, Vansel Farms!
