OITVOIP Is Headed to XChange NexGen 2026

We’re headed to Orlando for XChange NexGen 2026, October 18 through 20, where MSPs chasing recurring revenue over one-off projects come together. Expect market intelligence, strategy sessions, and enough peer networking to fill a notebook. If you’re building a NexGen portfolio of your own, this is the room to be in, and we’d love to see you there. Stop by booth #203 to say hello and talk shop with the OITVOIP team.

Design Is Always Communicating, Whether You Mean It To or Not

Our Creative Brand Strategist, Logan Luedike, has a theory about curb cuts. You know, those little ramps at the edge of sidewalks. They were built for wheelchair users, and now every parent with a stroller and every delivery guy with a hand truck uses them too. Logan’s latest piece argues accessible design works the same way everywhere, not just for sidewalks. Treat accessibility as a checkbox, and you get the bare minimum. Treat it as a philosophy, and you get a brand that actually reads clearly to everyone who encounters it. Logan’s piece is worth a read before your next redesign meeting.

A White Label Partner Is Bringing 225 Seats Live at Once

One of our White Label Partners is onboarding a new client this month: 225 seats, all going live at once. That’s a lot of extensions, a lot of voicemail boxes, and a lot of people who need dial tone on day one.

Our Director of Product, Blaine Yeager, flagged it in Discord as a deployment worth watching, as it’s a good example of how our WLPs run the show. The partner owns the client relationship and the rollout under their own brand. OIT supplies the platform and walks the White Label Partner through onboarding with documentation, call guidelines, and dedicated training calls with our client Success department.

Quarterly Merch Drop: SIP Happens

A new design just hit the shop, and it’s for anyone who’s realized three minutes into a call that they’ve been on mute the whole time. Every VoIP call starts with something called SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) quietly doing the handshake behind the scenes, so when we say “SIP Happens,” we mean it two ways: the protocol itself, and that universally relatable moment when someone finally says, ‘You’re on mute.’ Grab it on stickers, water bottles, mugs, and magnets, all marked with the little crossed-out mic we all should have noticed earlier.
